FOUNDER’S NOTE

I launched my first company more than 20 years ago. Since then, there has been a lot learned, mistakes made, but most importantly, there have been success stories, amazing relationships gained, and real change completed with the amazing team I've cultivated over the years. As the calendar hit two decades of projects under our belt, I decided I wanted to showcase what we do a little differently. 

Reflection and observation are incredibly important to stay relevant, and to make sure every next project feels like our most important project yet. 

I like grabbing an occasional cocktail in an effort to slow down and appreciate our progress and accomplishments a little more. Pauses like that give me time to just sit in a cool new place and observe or peruse a design magazine all while taking in what might be the very inspiration for what's next for me and the company.
