interiors
Onyx believes that memorable projects are a key to the success of any real estate-related endeavor. Each project, whether an investment, a home, restaurant or office needs to have an ethos of interest, leaving a direct influence on the world that makes it memorable. Given that, any successful real estate developer inherently has an influential bit of self-confidence, simply from the sheer nature of the stress and risk that is part of that role. Johnson has formulated a team here at Onyx that capitalizes on the conjuncture of that vision and personality type, working diligently to set Onyx apart with the interior personalities we create in the spaces we design, but most importantly, our Onyx team develops a relationship with our clients that ensures the ethos of the project directly reflects the psyche of client.

-
This is the getting to know you phase - We grab a drink, giving you time to tell us what you are trying to re-imagine in an informal and comfortable setting. Together, we discuss the people, places, and things you love and see if we are a good match to continue working together.
-
This is the "see if we get you" phase - You review a mood board prepared by us after the "first date" and identify the more specific scope of work for your project, the product needed for the design and a rough budget. From there, we proceed with the drawings and move your goals forward together.
-
This is the decision-making phase - Where we "have a cocktail in the queue" but need to knock out some logistics before we give the bartender the final nod that we are ready to celebrate progress and put a label on things. You should assume 2-3 rounds of review in this process. We want to make sure you have everything you want and need! This can include selections of a wide range of furnishings and design elements, including...
Paint color + wall coverings
Finish materials
Lighting + electrical fixtures
Furniture, accessories + artwork
Custom furniture designs
Window treatments
Plumbing
-
This is when we get down to work for you! This phase includes processes like...
Renderings, 3D Modeling, fly through as requested
A detailed, itemized project cost analysis
Full Service Project Management
Purchasing + Installation services review
-
The final phase (and the most fun one) where our plans come to life!
Place the orders
Coordinate the site work
Install day or days
After that, all that's left to do is throw the party when your project is brought to life! We'll be there with you every step of the way.
